Leyte  Rep. Ferdinand Martin Romualdez (right)  shares a light moment with  multi-awarded director Brillante Mendoza during the premier showing of the film ‘Taklub’  at SM Aura in Taguig City. Mendoza’s movie  made waves at the 68th Cannes International Film Festival. It was a portrayal  of three surviving families a year after super typhoon Yolanda ripped through the city of Tacloban.
