Several up-and-coming brands have been springing up recently to give consumers more choices when it comes to handheld devices and smartphones. How does one of the top-tier names in smartphones industry respond? They release a game changer.

Galaxy A52s 5G: Midrange phone with flagship qualities
Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G

Samsung has a potential customer favorite in the Galaxy A52s 5G.

Released in September of this year, the newest addition to the Galaxy line is capable of hanging with the big names in the market.

The A52s is 5G ready, but that’s just one of the many features that elevates Samsung’s new ace.

The rundown

The new member of the Galaxy family uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G, a strong chipset that can accompany several tasks throughout the day, as well as gaming and audio video capabilities.

As expected, this device has a hefty 6GB of RAM to fully optimize the phone’s performance.

With it being a recent release, it is also fitting that the device is Android 11 ready. However, it’s a known fact that good mobile phones are not only judged by their internal specs but also their exterior appearance.

Fortunately, the A52s 5G is also a thing of beauty.

The phone has a 6.5 inch body, equipped with Gorilla Glass 5 screen to give it that sleek and elegant feel. It is built for Super AMOLED display with a 1080 x 2400 pixel resolution.

It is also IP67 water resistant, something that’s missing from newer phone releases. Like any other Samsung device, the A52s 5G is also capable of dual sim functionalities.

One of the biggest pros of the A52s 5G is its camera quality from the front and the rear. While it is usual for rear camera to be high definition, what makes this phone standout is its front camera.

The A52s 5G’s main camera includes four lenses, all dedicated to take high resolution images. It has a 64MP wide lens, a 12MP ultrawide, a 5MP macro lens and a 5MP depth lens.

The front camera, however, is on a whole other level. It equips a 32MP camera that’s not just built for photos, but also for video purposes. Imagine vlogging on your front camera with 4K results with 30 fps. That’s exactly what Samsung’s new device brings.

Battery time would never be a problem with the Galaxy A52s 5G as it has a whopping 4,500mAH battery; something sufficient enough to last for a whole day or two.

If in case you run out of juice, charging won’t be an issue either, as it comes with a Type C charger, capable of fast charging.

The phone wars are truly evident now with new brands releasing new models, but Samsung’s new contender can hang with the flagship ones.

The Galaxy A52s is priced at P22,900 and is available at any Samsung stores nationwide. It can also be purchased via Samsung’s official website.

The A52s 5G is available in Awesome Black, Awesome White, Awesome Purple and Awesome Mint colorways.
