Health and safety protocols are strictly followed at all Samsung Experience Stores to keep consumers and employees safe. Adhering to the guidelines set by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases, Samsung observes a 50% capacity in its stores, implements the mandatory use of face masks, and performs frequent sanitation.

Samsung Experience Stores require customers to fill up health declaration forms by scanning a QR code on display. Product demonstrations are done side-by-side instead of face-to-face while keeping a distance of one (1) meter to observe physical distancing.
