SEMPHIL has been in the Philippines for more than 25 years, manufacturing Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCC), Inductor, Tantalum and Chip Resistors which are commonly used in electronic gadgets. Expanding its production to meet the rising demand for IT and automotive components establishes SEMPHIL as one of the primary production sites of Samsung Electro-Mechanics, a global leader in electronics components production and manufacturing. Through the years, the multi-awarded company has contributed to economic growth in the Philippines and provided much needed jobs. It currently has a workforce of almost 7,000 employees.

One of the standout features of the new SEMPHIL building complex is the inclusion of an indoor stadium. The stadium provides a dedicated space for employees to engage in sports and physical activities, fostering a healthy and active lifestyle. With state-of-the-art facilities for basketball, table tennis, game room and other indoor sports, employees can enjoy friendly matches, tournaments, and regular exercise sessions, promoting teamwork, camaraderie, and well-being within the SEMPHIL community.

Additionally, the wellness center within the complex serves as a sanctuary for employees to rejuvenate and prioritize their health and wellness. It encompasses a range of amenities, including a fitness center equipped with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, pilates, yoga and meditation rooms for relaxation and mindfulness practices. To support this, the complex includes additional training rooms that cater to a range of topics beyond technical training. These rooms can be utilized for professional development workshops, seminars, team-building activities, and knowledge sharing sessions.
