February 2 marks the first day of Araw ng Biñan, a three-day celebration of their history, culture, and achievements throughout the years. Despite the pandemic, the City Government commemorated a once-in-a-lifetime historical milestone, the 275th Founding Anniversary of Biñan as a pueblo. They were not short of festivities as the streets of the city were filled with merriment while adhering to health protocols. Yet despite the gracious turnout, Araw ng Biñan has only just begun, and the citizens of the thriving city can expect to see more activities live and online. Nevertheless, Biñan’s annual tradition remains alive thanks to the efforts of the people and the governing body throughout the years.
