At Lamudi’s The Outlook Awards Night, Primehomes was recognized as the Best Boutique Developer for Luzon for exemplifying excellence through conceptualization, design, and construction of world-class residential projects in the region. This year, the online real estate platform brought together industry professionals who congratulated the leading projects that bring outstanding communities for Filipinos.

Meanwhile, Dot Property Philippines Awards cited Larossa as the Best Residential Botanical Development for creating an ideal environment where residents can coexist with nature and enjoy green spaces for everyday quality living. Dot Property Philippines is one of the country’s most visited property portal and it recently awarded the top developers who have been contributing to the country’s growing property sector.

“It is a great privilege to have been awarded as one of the best developers in the country. We recognize this success as a motivation to continue developing and innovating communities to provide better living for the Filipinos,” says Dimi Cordero, Primehomes marketing head.

Nestled in Quezon City’s Capitol Hills, Larossa is the first urban botanical community of Primehomes and boasts of the Garden Row, the first of the flagship property’s four development phases. It is comprised of three 10-storey buildings, Camia, the first tower is now completed and ready for occupancy. Sampaguita and Magnolia (Tower 2 &3) are in the final stages of completion and are set to welcome its residents early 2019.
