Philippine Olympic Committee president Abraham ‘Bambol’ Tolentino talks about Philippine sports Tuesday as a solo guest of the weekly Philippine Sportswriters Association online Forum.
Among those expected to be discussed by Tolentino, who represents the 8th district of Cavite in Congress, are the scheduled POC election, the recent signing of the Bayanihan Act 2, the vaccine being developed for the COVID-19 pandemic, the continuous training of Filipino athletes for next year’s Tokyo Olympics, among others.
Tolentino will also tackle cycling in part during the 10:00 a.m. session, being the current head of the Integrated Cycling Federation of the Philippines.
San Miguel Corp., Go For Gold, MILO, Amelie Hotel Manila, Braska Restaurant, and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation present the public sports program powered by Smart and with Upstream Media as official webcast partner.
