"Kaya pinagwo-workout ang mga bata ay para anytime na babalik na sa practice, about 30% tuning up na lang ang gagawin. I think in about six weeks, kundisyon na ulit mga players," Lim said.

The team settled for 7th place in NCAA Season 95, which was topped by the Letran Knights by beating perennial finals' contender San Beda U Red Lions in Game 3 of their best-of-three championship.

Some of the players went back to their respective provinces before lockdown, like Kim Aurin (Bacoor, Cavite), while Ben Adamos in Bicol, Jielo Razon and Jasper Cuevas stayed in Las Pinas City. Kit Jimenez and Fil-Am recruits Nikko Paranada and Jethro Moll got back to the US.

Other mainstays of the Senior Altas are Jef Egan, Ton ton Peralta, Aldeo Lucero, Stve Flores, Christian Pagaran and Nathaniel Sevilla.

The 15-man line-up is also doing online training, given by conditioning coach Mel Lantin.

The team's last practice was on March 15, 2020 before the whole National Capital Region was placed by the national government on lockdown to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

Junior Altas coach Myk Saguiguit, on the other hand, sends his wards exercises and videos to keep them fit. They are looking forward to have a video conference through zoom to update the players Gelo Gelsano, Eco Nunez, Shawn Orgo, Jomar Ignacio, Gabby Angeles, Kyle Thompson, and Kyle Cuevas and new recruit Cyrus Nitura from Adamson University.
