In the meta world of Facebook, ONE Championship is king.

The Home of Martial Arts topped other global sports properties last year in terms of organic video views, according to the social media conglomerate CrowdTangle.

ONE had a massive 8.84 billion organic video views on Facebook to top the list while also growing its global following by 21.75 percent, or 5.7 million additional followers, for 2021.

“It is an honor to be recognized as the #1 sports property in the world in Facebook organic video views in 2021,” ONE Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong said.

“Once again, we could not have achieved this feat without the greatest fans in the world and our superstar team at ONE Championship. While this data represents a great milestone, we are poised to reach even greater heights in 2022.”

World Wrestling Entertainment was second, with 7.92 billion views and a 27 percent follower leap. The International Cricket Council (ICC) came third with 2.61 billion views.

The National Basketball Association (NBA) and the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) rounded up the top five with 1.86 and 1.65 billion organic views, respectively.

It has been a stellar year for ONE in social media, mainly because of the promotion’s passion to distribute digital content to every fan.
ONE has consistently delivered free fights on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram to engage existing fans while garnering new ones.

It’s the second straight year that ONE has flourished on social media, as it picked up from its tremendous rise from 2020, wherein Nielsen reported a 113-percent increase in global followers.

Enjoy ONE’s next offering by catching ONE: ONLY THE BRAVE on Friday, 28 January, via the ONE Super App.
