She reached the semis after hurdling Natalia Pishchaeva, 6-0, 6-0, in the first round, and Emma Flood of Norway, 6-3, 6-4, in the second.
In the quarterfinals, Lehnert overcame Aleksandrina Naydenova of Bulgaria, 6-2, 5-7, 6-3.
