Hanggang Makita Kang Muli, a romantic horror drama that aired on GMA Network from March 7 to July 15 last year, has won the hearts of Latin audience in Peru.

Acquired by PanAmericana Television, the Peruvian television network that aired Puentes de Amor (Bridges of Love) starring Maja Salvador, Jericho Rosales, and Paolo Avelino, Hanggang Makita Kang Muli features the television tandem of Derrick Monasterio and Bea Binene.

In the series, Derrick plays Calvin Manahan, an engineering student who comes from an affluent family. Bea, on the other hand, is Angela, a feral child.

The series tells about a girl (Angela) who has lived isolated from human contact and has little or no experience of human care, behavior, or, crucially, of human language. It magnifies the unbearable pain and far-reaching consequences of disconnectedness, physically, and emotionally.

Hangang Makita Kang Muli, which carries the Latin title Cautiva or “Captive” in English, did well on its pilot week with ratings almost twice of the program it replaced. According to forosperu, a popular entertainment forum in Peru, the series airs in the afternoon block. It remained at number two for two weeks before it became number 1 on its timeslot.

After their perfromance, the group then headed to San Francisco for another show at California’s Great America. While in Cali, Liza and Enrique went to the romantic city of San Francisco to do a shoot for a popular lifestyle and fashion magazine.

The magazine crew brought the two to some of the city’s iconic sights, including the Golden Gate Bridge and the Embarcadero. The magazine released exclusive clips on their Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, exciting their readers and LizQuen fans about their upcoming collaboration.

Also while in California, LizQuen revealed that they are currently working on a television series but did not disclose the roles that they would play including the plot of the drama.

“It’s actually called Bagani. We’re allowed to name it already. But we’re only going be in the pilot week of it. And then we’re also be working on a movie pretty soon,” Liza said.
