Television darling Maine Mendoza has released the music video for her latest single “Lost With You,” a single she digitally released on her birthday in March.
The romantic ditty, which follows the simple yet intimate date between a young couple, stars Vince Crisostomo and Sofia Jahrling. It is a mellow love song about someone who could get lost in the rolling waves and hills with their significant other, as long as they have a compass and each other.
From lip-syncing to other peoples’ songs, the television personality launched her music career, previously releasing singles like “Parang Kailan Lang” and “Imagine You and Me.”
Maine shared that her music is the type that “you'd want to listen to when you're alone or driving." She prefers having a “chill and relaxing vibe” for her songs, which is exactly the vibe “Lost With You” has.
After the release of her first single “Parang Kailan Lang,” in her Myxclusive interview, Maine admitted that she never imagined herself to come out with a single. Asked about music collaboration, the 25-year-old actress and tv host cited Ben&Ben, Unique, and Juan Carlos as her top artists in mind.
“Lost With You” was written by Jimmy Borja, Judy Klass, and Jacob Westfall, produced by Ito Rapadas, and was released by Universal Records Philippines.
As of this writing, the music video amassed almost 500 thousand views and 21 thousand likes.
