He started out as a member M-Cage and moved to be part of the All-Hunk Sing-and-Dance group The Masculados. Today Orlando Sol is launching his own album titled Emosyon via Star Music.

On April 21, the music video of his carrier single “Kailan Darating ang Ayoko Na?” was launched on YouTube Star Music Channel and MYX Channel. It also served as the teaser video of the five-part videoserye that aired on April 28 and all succeeding Fridays of May. This is the first-ever videoserye in the history of OPM music videos.

Sol is a protege of international and multi-awarded master director for television and film Maryo J. Delos Reyes. He is all-set to conquer greater heights and embrace his new life as a singer.

“Sadyang nakakatuwa na dumating ang break na ito sa akin. Dream come true ang album ko na ‘to,” shared Sol.

Sol’s debut album consists of five tracks including “Ingatan Mo ang Salitang Mahal Kita,” “Kaibigan,” “Kailan Darating ang Ayoko Na?,” “I’ll Always Be There,” and “Lilipad Ako ‘Nay.”

In the music video of his carrier single, he portrays Joey, a guy who fell in love with Emma, who eventually married another guy as arranged by the latter’s dad. When he is not with the group performing – he explores his other side of his being an artist. He also had acting stints on TVCs, teleseries, films and onstage productions.

His notable works include his appearances onstage via DUP’s Shock Value, CCP Virgin Lab Fest’s Huling-Huli and PETA’s rerun of Care Divas. His TV stints were via Kapuso’s TV series like Munting Heredera, Biritera, My Little Star, Diva, Nino, and Parikoy are just some of those he did. In films, he was part of Regal Films’ Happily Ever After, Halik sa Tubig, Dimalupig, and became a lead star in Bamboo Flowers, and I’ll be There.

In TVCs, he appeared for brands like Fita Biscuit, Smart Apps and Colt 45 Beer. For years now, he has been one of the stable of artists of Productions56 Incorporated. To watch the music video, visit Star Music’s YouTube channel via ABS-CBN Starmusic.
