XSCENA, a series of scenography exhibits and webinars, gathers multi-awarded theater practitioners and multidisciplinary artists to collaborate on this project that seeks to capture and develop performance experimentations onto different platforms.

Langgam Performance Troupe (LPT) co-founder and resident director, photographer, and filmmaker Blonski Cruz.

The first installment, entitled Iteration: Recon/figures, features a week-long digital exhibition of live and pre-recorded original presentations which depict the digital medium not as a limitation but as additional character and setting in the discipline. It is set on Monday, July 12 to Friday, July 16, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

It showcases multidisciplinary artist Bunny Cadag, whose often participatory and community-based works amplify the voices of marginalized groups and the contemporary Langgam Performance Troup (LPT), together with their artistic director, internationally-featured performance-maker Jenny Logico-Cruz, who has collaborated with notable art organizations and cultural institutions here and abroad.

LPT co-founder and resident director, photographer, and filmmaker Blonski Cruz; multidisciplinary artist John Andre Sarmogenes, whose visuals span photography, installation, video, performance, and experimental and documentary films; and Pasakalye Black Box Theater Manager and Sining Banwa Albay Performing Collectives, Inc. resident playwright Sari Saysay were likewise tapped for the production.

Completing the lineup are artist-collaborators, scenographers, designers and educators Lawyn Cruz and JayLo Conanan.
