This week, ABS-CBN News launches its most technology-driven and public service-focused digital property yet, Patrol.PH, a Filipino language news website designed to serve the needs of an expanding digital audience.

Patrol.PH offers a diverse lineup of news and information that Filipinos need for their daily life decisions, and comes in a familiar language and a visual format that netizens will find relatable and easy to use. It is another pioneering effort to produce content relevant to the Filipino news consumer.

Ging Reyes, head of ABS-CBN News says, “This is the latest in our continuing effort to strengthen our partnership with our growing digital audience. This new site would provide Filipinos stories that they need to know, and valuable information aimed to help them navigate the challenges of everyday life.

This offering from the country’s largest news organization will have a healthy mix of hard news, human interest features, useful tips, and public service offerings.

“Innovation and public service are two things that continuously motivate us in ABS-CBN News. We are embracing change and using technology to be in the service of the Filipino, as they get used to various digital touch points. With Patrol.PH, news and relevant information will even be more accessible to Filipino families because they can access the site at their convenient time, wherever they are, and in whatever device they choose,” she said.
