Starting today, Camille Prats and Iya Villania are going to be your morning companions as they host the family-oriented lifestyle magazine show Mars Pa More,
which showcases fun-filled segments dedicated to bringing moms and kids closer together.
After its successful seven-year run on GMA News TV of highlighting trends and activities for mothers alone, now on GMA 7, Mars Pa More! has an added twist that brings to light special bonding moments.
Although the show seems so light and relaxed, according to Camille, it wasn’t an easy transition from GMA News TV to GMA 7.
“It was a very long talk about the transition of Mars from GMA News TV to GMA. It was a month-long discussion. It wasn’t easy for me to transition from GMA News TV without Ate Suzi because we worked together for seven years. She’s practically like my family. She’s always been part of my life,” Camille said during the show’s press conference.
The actress and host, who is expecting her third child anytime this month, explained that her former co-host couldn’t join her in the new show because of conflict in schedule.
“She (Suzi Entrata) is also part of Unang Hirit and Mars Pa More! will be shown right after Unang Hirit. They are on the same morning block so it’s going to be a big challenge if she’ll be part of the show,” she shared.
She added that she will definitely miss her bonding moments with her former co-host and looks forward to more years with Iya who is now on board.
“When I found out that it’s going to be her, I realized that it’s gonna be an easy show because I’ve known her for awhile. So, she’s no longer new to me. I hope they also give Mars Pa More! a chance because Iya also adds a different flavor to the program,” Camille said.
“We have a good relationship as moms. I really ask her stuff. So, that alone we already had a good start even before working together,” she carried on.
With Iya and Camille, Mars Pa More!
introduces a promising roster of kids who can sing, dance and even cook, who will take the center stage and spread the good vibes.
Every morning, viewers can expect non-stop talk and fun activities such as easy home-cooked recipes, family-friendly games, interesting crafts, musical segments, trending challenges on social media, hottest places to go for the family, and beauty and home tips for mommies.
Mars Pa More! airs Mondays to Fridays, 8:50 to 9:20 a.m. on GMA Network.
Kapuso viewers from across the globe can also catch their favorite Kapuso shows via GMA’s international channels GMA Pinoy TV, GMA Life TV, and GMA News TV International. For the program guide, visit www.gmapinoytv.com.
