During his recent solo press conference for the 2022 Metro Manila Film Festival entry My Father, Myself under 3:16 Media Network and Mentorique Production, Jake Cuenca revealed that he is willing to have a full frontal nudity scene in his future projects but he has conditions.

“Well, it really depends,” he averred. “Actually, I don’t have limitations but most certainly, I will choose the project. I’m not going to do that for something. If it’s a Hollywood movie, I will consent to it.”

“Or if it’s a project that will be fielded to the Cannes or Venice International Film Festivals or Oscars, then, why not? I will not hold back. But if it’s something that will not reach that point, then maybe I won’t do it,” he went on.

Jake Cuenca shares he’s ready to go nude in front of the camera for the right role—and if it meets his conditions

Many predict that he has a very strong chance in the Best Actor category during the MMFF awarding ceremonies for his sterling performance in the movie where his love interest is newbie actor Sean de Guzman. It can be remembered that the latter was convinced to do a frontal nudity scene in his launching project Anak ng Macho Dancer.

Jake points out the difference between him and Sean in which he said that even if he hasn’t done a frontal nudity scene yet in any of his projects, he has already experienced doing daring scenes.

“Yes, that’s our difference! Compared to Sean, I’ve been doing this for a long time already. I have shown a lot. So, I will just save that for the big movie.”

Jake is excited about his movie directorial debut which will happen next year. He will also top-bill a stage play titled, Dick Talk.

“In Dick Talk, I will be with another promising new actor in the person of Gold Aceron. A big-named actor whose identity I can’t divulge as of now will also join us. Dick Talk is like Vagina Monologues. We will talk about the male’s private part in the play,” Jake ended.

Ruffa Gutierrez, Mariel Padilla, and Ciara Sotto are the newest triumvirate in the morning talk show scene as they headline All TV’s M.O.M.S Mhies on a Mission. According to AMBS President Maribeth Tolentino, they are perfect choices because apart from being excellent hosts, they are friends of the Villar Group of Companies.

“Actually, the program came in at a perfect time when I really want to do a ‘’mommy’ show where I can share my personal experiences being a mom myself. Also, working with Ruffa and Ciara for the first time is exciting,” says Mariel.

“On my part, I’m just grateful for the show as I consider it a huge blessing. During these times when not everybody gets the chance to have income, I’m simply thankful that I was picked to be one of the show’s hosts. Am also certain that Mariel, Ciara, and I will enjoy the experience. We relish each taping day because we create instant bonding moments with one another,” Ruffa states.

“I’m looking forward to doing the show for a long time with my two fellow hosts whom I both look up to as my older sisters. I’m sure as days go by, we’ll become closer,” Ciara muses.

What can they bring to the table as hosts of M.O.M.S Mhies on a Mission?

“I guess, it’s my authenticity and originality, Mariel her energy, and Ciara, her always being trustworthy,” Ruffa avers.

It’s always exciting to see fresh team-ups or combinations on the screen. The three promised that viewers will enjoy their offering which serves as a platform for self-discovery as they do various missions in each episode.
