Celebrities graced the fundraising movie showing of Fast and Furious 8 for the benefit of Rotary Club of Sta. Mesa’s numerous projects.
Among the showbiz stars at the special screening presented by the Rotary Club of Sta. Mesa on April 18 at Uptown Mall Cinema 3 in Fort Bonifacio were PMPC Star Awards awardee Teejay Marquez, actress Nadia Montenegro and daughters Ynna, Yana and Ykka, PBA host Chiqui Reyes, Sports5 host Carla Lizardo, Binibining Pilipinas International Precious Lara Quigaman and husband Marco Alcaraz, Eurasia artist Sara Paola, celebrity doctor Joan Clarence, and Teddy Corpuz and Jeff Cucullo of Rocksteddy.
“Tickets were sold out, so we are happy because this is a great help for the club,” says outgoing President Robert Nazal.
“The mission of the Rotary Club of Sta. Mesa, Quezon City is to be of service above self. To fulfill this mission, we provide services to the community through fundraising events such as this,” adds incoming President Jose Paulo Legaspi.
“This is my little way of helping. I salute the Rotary Club for this advocacy,” says Teejay.
