In a recent showbiz function, Janine Gutierrez was asked about the hot rumor that her former boyfriend Rayver Cruz is presently making beautiful music together with singer-host-actress Julie Anne San Jose. The Kapamilya star’s response was rather short, yet sincere.
“Whatever makes him happy, I’m for it. I want him to be happy always. I’m always going to care about him. I always wish him the best and I’m always rooting for him,” Janine stated.
Despite their break-up, she maintained that her relationship with her ex-steady is fine. Though they haven’t seen each other for quite some time now, they are “okay.”
Meanwhile, asked about the real score between her and Marry Me, Marry You co-star Paulo Avelino, Janine explained that they’re really close at present.
“Well, I’m happy that we are close. I’m happy when I’m with him. We’ve always been close actually. But we became closer after our soap ended. Actually, we already worked on the set of the movie ‘Ngayon Kaya’ which is yet to be shown.”
Many are tickled pink seeing them together. Do they have a chance to become a real-life couple if ever?
“Let’s just see what will happen. I guess he is the best person you can ask about it. What’s important is that at present, I simply enjoy spending time with him and talking to him,” she responded.

After admitting that she’s already married to Irish businessman David Rainey in the Valentine episode of Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho, Glaiza de Castro revealed that they are presently planning to have another wedding in the Philippines.
“We’re already talking about it. We’re still finalizing the date and considering the logistics, the weather. It might happen next year if ever. We’re still looking for a venue. It would be a beach wedding. The sea is very important to us. We already met with the event stylist and someone is helping us organize the whole thing,” the actress shared.
David’s folks will attend the wedding. And that makes her so excited since it will be their first time in the Philippines.
“They should enjoy visiting all our beautiful tourist spots. I want to show them our rich culture.” Interestingly, having a baby is not yet part of their immediate plans,” Glaiza said.
Talking about their baby plans, the 34-year-old actress stated that it’s their personal decision to enjoy first their time together.
“For the longest time, we’ve been in a long-distance relationship. So, we still want to travel more and explore. The baby will eventually come,” she ended.
