Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. (ALHI), a developer of luxury condominiums, is branching out to office developments with their first Corporate Center in Bay City along Roxas Boulevard in Manila. Leading the recent groundbreaking at ALHI’s new project (a twelve-storey, two-tower affair) were Asya Designs architect Albert Yu; Anchor Land Holdings board director Jason Li; chairman Stephen Lee; vice-chairman and chief executive officer Steve Li; and Hypro Construction president Apollo Dionisio. ALHI has already bult two prime properties in the area, the SoleMare and Monarch Parksuites. Dubbed as the “entertainment capital of Asia”, Bay City is home to some of the country’s most thriving shopping malls, hotels, casinos and resorts. It likewise serves headquarters to various property developers, IT businesses and multinational companies.
