Cantonese delights for the Lunar New Year

Hong Kong chef Terry Lai prepares excellent Cantonese cuisine available only for the Chinese New Year season.

Start with a traditionl Prosperity Toss salad with Salmon Yu Sheng to ring in an abundant year. This is also available for take away for small and large orders. Other exclusive dishes include poached Hong Kong sesame chicken, sautéed tiger prawn with supreme stock, signature marinated pork knuckles, and poached yellow croaker fish with tofu. These can be combines with classic dishes from Lung Hin’s well-curated and new a la carte menu.

Special set menus are also perfect for family gatherings for the Lunar New Year. Have a feast with the family with special set menus to indulge in. Choose between Double Prosperity (which includes the classic barbecued roasted pork, crispy roasted Hong Kong chicken, and sautéed fresh scallops with squid and broccoli) and Endless Fortune (which includes steamed fresh lobster with glutinous rice, half crispy roasted suckling pig, and steamed live abalone with minced garlic).

Guests may also want to indulge in nian gao – a symbolic delicacy made from the finest ingredients – to attract prosperity. Bring home either the Double Happiness Koi Nian Gao, which includes two pieces of the cake in orange and coconut flavors at P1,388 or the Traditional Round Nian Gao, with a choice of ube or brown sugar flavor at P988.
