BALANGA CITY—The Philippine Association of Extension Program Implementors Inc. (PAEPI) will hold seminar-workshop here on “Bridging Research and Extension for Dissemination” for members and extensionists in Central Luzon.
Dr. Hermogenes Paguia, Bataan Peninsula State University OIC vice president for research, extension, and training services and PAEPI vice president for Luzon, announced that the seminar-workshop is scheduled on September 8-9 at the BPSU Main Campus.
He said Dr. Nimfa Bracamonte, retired MSU-IIT Extension director and PAEPI vice president for Region X, will lecture Research and Extension Framework for Development; professor Lorenzo Isla, Extension Services director of Letran de Calamba and PAEPI national treasurer will discuss Project Cycle, Monitoring, and Documentation; and Dr. Roberto Saladar, sociologist/professor, ASU and PAEPI BOD chairman, will tackle Bridging Research and Extension in Project Initiation, Implementation, Monitoring and Documentation.
The PAEPI, formed in 1989, is one of the oldest associations and social networks of extensionists, project implementors, extension advocates, professors, and instructors in the Philippines.
