• Durex® Pleasuremax

• Durex® Love Sex Hug Close, and

“Since these unregistered medical device products have not gone through the evaluation process of the FDA, the agency cannot assure its quality and safety,” the agency said in a statement.

The FDA has also warned establishments to refrain from distributing, advertising and selling the condom brands until they have been issued Product Registration Certificates.

“Otherwise, regulatory actions and sanctions shall be strictly pursued,” the FDA said.

It also urged all local governments and law enforcement agencies to ensure these condoms are not sold or made available in their jurisdictions.

The agency has also coordinated with the Bureau of Customs to restrain the entry of the seven brands into the country.
