CebuPac resumes flights to Incheon, Dubai

Cebu Pacific said it will resume flights from Manila to Incheon, South Korea starting on August 6, 2020. However, passengers will not be allowed to travel from Incheon to Manila.

The airline has also opened flights from Manila to Dubai (Flight 5J 18), every Sunday.  Departure time is set at 6:55 p.m. (Manila time) and a return flight from Dubai to Manila (Flight 5J 19) every Monday at 3:30am (Dubai time)

The Manila-Incheon flight (5J 194),  is scheduled every Thursday at 11:55 a.m. (Manila time)

All other Cebu Pacific international flights remain cancelled until July 31, 2020.

Passengers are reminded of the following requirements for international travel:

Before departure, passengers should submit a negative result on their PCR test report which is valid for 96 hours.

For Manila-Dubai flights, travel and health insurance coverage are valid in the UAE, as required by the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority.

Passengers from Dubai will also be asked to fill up a Health Declaration Form upon arrival in Manila, a valid Covid-19 RT-PCR test result. They will also undergo a mandatory quarantine procedures in approved facilities while awaiting their test results

Passengers also need to pre-register prior to departure from Dubai to expedite airport procedures. To save time, passengers are encouraged to pre-register and fill out the Electronic-Case Investigation Form (E-CIF) online at https://e-cif.redcross.org.ph/

Before leaving for Incheon, South Korea from Manila, passengers must submit a negative result on their PCR test report from a duly recognized testing center with a validity of 48 hours.

Upon arrival in Incheon, passengers will have to undergo a mandatory 14-day quarantine at a designated government facility at expense of the traveler (Cost: KRW 1,400,000)

Passengers without any of these requirements may be denied check-in or boarding.

Travel regulations issued by the governments of the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates and South Korea will be implemented as necessary and applicable.
