Police arrest big-time drug dealer

Police arrested a big-time drug dealer and seized more than P300,000 worth of shabu in a buy-bust operation Monday night in Las Piñas City.

The suspect was identified as Ryan Sta. Rita, 31, a resident of Barangay Interior, Elias Aldana, Las Piñas City.

Recovered from Sta. Rita were 50 grams of shabu worth P340,000 and the P500 marked money used by the police in the entrapment operation.

Las Piñas City police station commander P/Col. Segundo Lagundi said his men led by P/Lt. Roberto Pareno Jr. conducted the entrapment along

Padre Diego Sierra Road in Elias Aldana around 9:45 p.m.

Lagundi said one of the police operatives disguised as a buyer who negotiated with the suspect resulting in his arrest.
