Chlorine gas leak sends six people to hospital in Malabon City

Six people were taken to the hospital due to alleged leak of chlorine gas in Malabon City on Friday.

Radio network dzBB reported that the toxic leak came from a warehouse on Bustamante St., in Barangay Tenajeros, Malabon.

The Malabon Disaster Risk and Reduction Management Office (DRRMO) and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) immediately responded to the area to conduct a rescue operation and look into the cause of the incident.

Meanwhile, the affected residents were evacuated.
