The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has filed new charges against Richard Gutierrez at the Department of Justice (DOJ).
The cases relate to alleged falsification of public documents.
BIR says the actor submitted fake documents as he tried to prove that he paid correct taxes in 2012.
The new charges are separate from the tax evasion case the bureau recently filed against Gutierrez.
BIR had previously alleged that Gutierrez and his R Gutz production company had underdeclared their sales by over P 39 million.
BIR had also accused the actor of failing to file an Income Tax Return (ITR) and two quarterly value added tax (VAT) returns in the same year.
Gutierrez had maintained that he paid correct taxes in 2012 and had submitted his counter-affidavit.
