A cargo vessel is sinking in the waters off Corregidor Island in the area of Bataan as of noon on Tuesday.
Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Spokesperson Armand Balilo identifies the boat as MV Virginia.
The boat was bound for Roxas in Palawan from Del Pan Port Area in Manila.
Balilo says, fire that hit the engine room may have started the accident.
Search for the 10 missing crewmembers is ongoing.
Coast Guard personnel from Manila and Bataan are on their way to the site for rescue operations.
