BBM-Sara alliance eyes tie-up with ULAP to protect votes

Cabbaroguis, Quirino—The Marcos-Sara Duterte Alliance (Masada ) aims to coordinate with supporters who are members of Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP) to secure and protect the votes of presidential front runner Ferdinand Marcos Jr his running mate, Davao City   Mayor Sara  Duterte-Carpio in the May 9 elections.

ULAP is the umbrella organization of local government units, also known as the League of Leagues, which played an important role in the passage and enactment of the Local Government Code of 1991.

In a meeting with ULAP national chair Gov.  Dakila Carlo Cua here, Energy Undersecretary Benito Ranque explained the important role governors and mayors in securing the BBM-Sara votes at the precinct level.

Also present during the meeting on Wednesday was the father of the Quirino Governor Rep. Junie Cua.

Ranque said MASADA would coordinate with ULAP members who have pledged to support the BBM-Sara tandem.

“The title of MASADA vote protection system is MOSAD system (MASADA: operation Secure Accurate Data),” he said.

The operation will be executed on Election Day by poll watchers, who would gather results and send to MASADA central computer for data analyzing system.

Ranque made the presentation to Cua as Masada is winds up its nationwide crusade by activating regional, provincial,
and municipal headquarters in Northern Luzon as front liners in the vote protection and delivery at the grassroots level in the May 9 elections.

Ranque said the elections home stretch final crusade will practically cement the solid North and solid South alliance for Marcos and Mayor SARA.

Over 100 MASADA headquarters were set by multi sectoral groups including local government executives who were inspired by the spirit of volunteerism, and pledged to pool their and resources for the BBM- SARA victory.
