If the elections were held today, the BBM-Sara UniTeam of presidential aspirant Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte will be the hands-down winners in vote-rich Caloocan City, according to the latest survey conducted by private polling firm Actual and Comprehensive Evaluators, Inc.

The result of the survey in the three districts of Caloocan, with 5,164 respondents from all social classes and age groups, shows that Marcos is way ahead of the pack with a whopping 71 percent, while Leni Robredo and Isko Moreno were tied at a distant second with 10 percent each, Sen. Panfilo Lacson 5 percent, while Sen. Manny Pacquiao with 2 percent.

The result shows that seven out of ten voters prefer Marcos, Jr. over the other presidential aspirants, while at least 2 percent of the respondents were still undecided.

In the vice-presidential poll, Duterte garners 49 percent; Sen. Vicente Sotto III, 34 percent; Willie Ong, 9 percent; Sen. Francis Pangilinan, 4 percent; while 3 percent remain undecided.

Marcos Jr. emerged as the overwhelming favorite in Caloocan’s “Bukid Area,” with the newly-formed District’s 1 and 3 giving him 74 percent and 71 percent preference, respectively.

In the mayoralty race, District 1 Rep. Dale Gonzalo Malapitan is a run-away favorite with 65 percent as against District 2 Rep. Edgar Erice’s 32 percent, while his running-mate Karina Teh is leading the pack with 60 percent against Coun. PJ Malonzo’s 32 percent.

Also poised to win if the elections were held today in the city’s 1st district congressional race is incumbent Mayor Oscar Malapitan who is leading with a double-digit figure over his closest pursuer Councilor Alou Nubla.

Incumbent Vice-Mayor Maca Asistio, a die-hard Marcos supporter, is way ahead of the pack in the 2nd district congressional race with a double-digit lead over Councilor Obet Samson.
