UniTeam senatorial aspirant Harry Roque on Monday vowed to facilitate the arrival of more rice donations and water purifiers for residents who were recently affected by Typhoon Odette.
Roque spent the weekend bringing aid to Southern Leyte and Ubay, Bohol.
He distributed 300 packs of rice to residents of Brgy. San Pascual in Ubay and food packs for families Maasin and Malitbog towns in Southern Leyte.
Roque also visited the beachfront homes in Limasawa Islands, which were washed away by the storm surge, and distributed relief goods.
In December last year, Roque and his team delivered 7,600 food packs, 300 hygiene kits, and 500 gallons of six-liter water to residents of the provinces of Dinagat, Surigao del Norte, and Agusan del Sur as well as Butuan City.
