Member of the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO 3) seized more than P9 million worth of shabu and arrested 140 suspects in a week-long operation.
In a report submitted to PRO3 regional director Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon, operatives conducted 96 police operations from October 8 to 14.
The operations resulted in a total confiscation of 1,422 grams of shabu with an estimated value of P9.67 million and 30 grams of marijuana with an estimated value of P3,636.
All arrested drug personalities were properly charged in court.
Authorities also conducted anti-illegal gambling and anti-illegal logging operations in the region.
Police conducted 32 anti-illegal gambling operations resulting in the confiscation of P37, 393 and the arrest of which 132 persons. The anti-illegal logging operations resulted in the arrest of 8 persons arrested and confiscation worth almost P1 million.
De Leon commended PRO 3 operatives in the successful operations.
