Tingog party-list 2nd nominee Jude Acidre (right) signs a memorandum of agreement Sunday with Bay, Laguna Mayor Jose Padrid, who publicly announced his support to the group for the coming campaign. Tingog help desks have been operating for three months in Bay. Acidre, chief of staff of Tingog Rep. Yedda Marie K. Romualdez, was also in the Laguna town for the turnover of medical assistance to more than 50 patients and the vaccination program rollout.
