Zeal Esports advances to VALORANT Tournament: One! semis

Zeal Esports defeated team Todak from Malaysia in the quarterfinals Wednesday night in the VALORANT Tournament: One!

In a best-of-one game, Zeal won, 13-7, against Todak on the map Bind to advance to the semifinals, where it will go up against Team Ego from Vietnam. 

Zeal started the game on the attacking side and won the first two rounds to get some momentum.

Senyorcarl, the duelist of the team, led them with 23 kills using Raze with an average combat score of 312. while FIRESYJN followed with 21 kills as the initiator of the team using the agent Skye.

Todak’s Subbey tried his best to carry the Malaysian team with 17 kills using Skye, but the Philippine team was just too much for them. 

The first half ended with a 7-5 score as Zeal used its abilities wisely to secure the 12th round. 

In the final round, Aduka from Todak attempted to prolong the game in a 1v4 in the hopes of a Malaysian team comeback, but only got one kill as Senyorcarl traded Flash to get the win and end the game in the 20th round.
