Saab Magalona makes Pancho’s favorite breakfast omelette made with broccoli, kale, and yogurt.

Mother of two young boys, Saab Magalona has found the secret to getting her kids to eat their greens. “Find what your kids love and work with it,” she said on one of her videos on YouTube.

Magalona’s firstborn, Pancho eats his vegetables first thing in the morning with his favorite breakfast omelette made with broccoli, kale, spinach, eggs, yogurt, and garlic.

In addition to preparing dishes her sons love, she also makes sure the cooking process is healthy and provides the best flavor and nutrients. She recommends slow-cooking garlic to get the best flavors and using vitamin-enriched cooking oil.

“I like that Pacific Sunrise is enriched with vitamins A and B, omega 6 and 9, plus it has 0 percent cholesterol and trans fat. Also, it is non-GMO so it is perfect for a healthy breakfast for my family.”
