Olivia Yanson, Leo Rey Yanson, Ginnette Dumancas, Charles Dumancas, Anita Chua, Arvin John Villaruel, Rey Ardo and Daniel Nicolas Golez were re-elected as members of CFRC’s board of directors during the meeting.

The newly elected board held an organizational meeting and reappointed Leo Rey Yanson as chairman and president of CFRC and Olivia Yanson as corporate secretary and treasurer.

Despite the due notice given them, stockholders Roy Yanson, Emily Yanson, Ma. Lourdes Celina Yanson-Lopez and Ricardo Yanson Jr. did not attend the meeting, according to a company statement.

The four Yanson siblings face several outstanding warrants of arrest for alleged carnapping and alleged grave coercion issued by the courts of Bacolod City, the CFRC statement said.

Leo Rey Yanson, the re-elected chairman and president of CFRC, said that despite the challenges the company faced in 2020, they remain committed to providing the Filipino people with best products and services.
