Steak, suckling pig in Marriott’s family meals

Five-star hotel Manila Marriott rolls out new family meal packages for delivery featuring dishes prepared by Executive Chef Meik Brammer’s culinary team. 

The six selections include the Lechon Manok Feast (six half pieces inasal, side dishes, fried rice, and leche flan) for P3,800 nett; the Emperor’s Fish Fillet Package (Emperor’s fish fillet, sides including tiger prawns, and mango short cake) for P3,500 nett; and the Binusog na Pork Chop Package (maple glazed oven-roasted pork chop stuffed with rice casserole, sides, and chocolate moist cake) for P4,000 nett. 

Manila Marriott’s Grilled Tomahawk Package comes with an 850-900g French cut bone-in ribeye, tiger prawns, sides, and pecan pie. 

Also available for delivery are the Man Ho Delights (pork asado platter, shredded chicken with jelly fish, wok fried chicken, yang chow fried rice, and egg tarts) for P4,800 nett; the Grilled Tomahawk Package (850-900g Angus beef French cut bone-in ribeye, tiger prawns, sides, and pecan pie) for P5,500 nett; and the Suckling Pig Fare (suckling pig, side dishes, German rice pilaf, and apple strudel) for P4,988 nett (half) or P9,588 (whole)

Lechon Manok Feast, Emperor’s Fish Fillet, Pork Chop Package, and Man Ho Delights are good for four to six persons. The Grilled Tomahawk Package feeds two to four diners, while the half Suckling Pig Fare is good for five and the whole is good for 10 persons.
