Standing 25-storeys high, the third tower for Park McKinley West offers unit layouts ranging from one-bedroom (up to 70.5 square meters); two-bedroom (up to 110 square meters); three-bedroom (up to 212 square meters); four-bedroom (up to 229 square meters); and five-bedroom (up to 336 square meters).

Property player Megaworld recently launched the project, one of the residential condominium clusters in the 34.5-hectare McKinley West development in Fort Bonifacio.

The company is expecting to generate around P8-billion in sales from this new tower alone, slated for completion in 2024.
