AboitizLand recently made a strong case for sustainability with its residential-recreational development Foressa Mountain Town in Cansomoroy, Balamban, Cebu.

Future-proof community

The real estate developer hosted a webcast with executives from Miami-based DPZ CoDesign, thought leaders on new urbanism, and representatives from Greenstrat, to illustrate what makes communities inherently resilient.

Using the 300-hectare Foressa as a focus point, the forum highlighted the highland estate’s compact, connected, convivial, and cost-efficient design.

The panel speakers discussed among others, Foressa’s masterplan which brought together urban design, architecture, adventure, and landscape components within five thematic districts: light, which is currently under construction, water, earth, wood, and air.

With an average lot cut of 442 square meters, future residents of Foressa will enjoy privacy set against the backdrop of picturesque mountains. Interested parties may contact https://www.facebook.com/ForessaMountainTown/.
