From the classic clogs to the new summer-y sandals and flats from the Tulum collection, pieces from American footwear label Crocs are now available for purchase via call and collect.
To use the call and collect service, go to the brand’s Facebook page (@crocsphilippines), look for the blue checkmark beside the logo to make sure it’s the authentic Crocs page.
Select an item and contact the chosen store (ideally the one nearest to the customer) via Viber to place an order. Once order has been placed, a confirmation message will be sent with order summary, the total amount due excluding delivery fees, and payment guidelines.
Customers must settle the payment through cash, GCash, PayMaya, or online bank transfers.
The shopper should arrange their preferred courier and settle the delivery fee directly to the courier. If the order will be picked up, a Crocs representative will advise the pick-up time and will personally hand over the order.
