This Sunday (June 7) on ABS-CBN Sports’ award-winning sports lifestyle show, learn to play like a pro on the pitch as UAAP champions Jarvey Gayoso and Inna Palacios teach basic drills for aspiring players to follow at home, while volleyball standouts Jema Galanza and Alina Bicar serve off-court entertainment to fans as they sing a feel-good OPM hit.

It's a "One Big Fight" day on June 14 as Ateneo hooper Dwight Ramos answers questions from fans in the latest #UpfrontAsks, as Ateneo Lady Eagle Ponggay Gaston learns basic Korean from Sandra Jung, a.k.a. "Dalagang Koreana."

On June 21, former DLSU volleyball queens Kim Kianna Dy and Majoy Baron go head-to-head for the title "Lockdown Cook," and while Golden Tigresses rookie Imee Hernandez and NU Pep Squad member Arthur Aventura get into a TikTok dance showdown.

Meanwhile, “Upfront” moves to Friday starting June 25 with an episode featuring Pinoy Olympians EJ Obiena and Jasmine Alkhaldi in the show’s first-ever "Quarantine Olympics." Athletic couples Eya Laure and Anthony Figueroa of UST and DLSU's Des Cheng and Kib Montalbo also share their #CoupleGoals stories during the quarantine that will make everyone say "sana all."

Joining them in all these fun segments are "Upfront" hosts Angelique Manto, Janeena Chan, Martin Javier, and Turs Daza, who are all thankful for being able to continue sharing the stories of inspiring athletes amid today’s global health crisis that forced people to stay indoors and practice social distancing.

"The show has been one of my anchors adjusting to the new normal. It’s a huge blessing to be able to continue what I love in such uncertain times," Janeena said.

"The fact that production has been able to continue despite these major setbacks goes to show how it was able to adapt its content during the crisis," Turs added.

They also expressed excitement for the fun and inspiring content they have prepared for the viewers this month.

For Angelique, she liked the segments about mental wellness and the TikTok dance showdown. "They were both on the different ends of the spectrum but tackled about the most minute and mundane things we could do to not only survive but thrive during this quarantine," she shared.

Martin also enjoyed listening to the quarantine stories told by their guest athletes. "Being kept away from the real world for months is mentally challenging, so hearing other people’s experiences tells us that we’re not alone in this situation," he explained.

Catch the new episodes of “Upfront,” an Anak TV Seal recipient, every Sunday at 8 am, with replays at 1 pm and 6 pm before moving to Friday starting June 25 on LIGA Channel 86, and LIGA HD on Channel 183—available on SKY Cable, Destiny, and 200 local cable affiliates.
