The Department of Information and Communications Technology said it is offering free video-conferencing to all government offices with government-wide email system (GovMail) accounts until July 1 to communicate and collaborate with the public amid the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon.

The agency said government officials and employees may conduct online meetings for up to 250 participants per call, participate in live streaming for up to 100,000 viewers, and record and save meetings. The set-up allows and helps offices carry out their duties and perform their operations even in work from home arrangements.

GovMail is the official email service for government agencies. It provides data integrity in electronic communications and transactions by providing gov.ph domains to national government agencies, local government units, government-owned and -controlled corporations, government financial institutions and other government projects.
