Megaworld subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI) is launching a new residential project inside the 561-hectare Southwoods City in Carmona, Cavite. The Upland Villas will be rows of two-storey townhouse and duplex villas in modern and tropical architecture within the 26-hectare Pahara residential village. Each unit has its own living and dining areas, kitchen, maid’s room, common bathroom, and a lanai at the ground floor, and bedrooms and bathrooms at the second floor. Future residents of Upland Villas will also be able to use the Pahara Clubhouse and amenities, which include a swimming pool and fitness center. A unique feature is the surrounding Flower and Herb Gardens (inset photo), where residents can enjoy private moments with nature. Only 65 units will be offered in Upland Villas, which is expected for completion in 2024.
