Hollywood A-listers and Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood stars Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio strike a pose at the 2020 Oscars Nominees Luncheon.
In the film, DiCaprio plays a struggling actor who can only dream of being nominated for an Academy Award. Pitt, on the other hand, plays the role of a fictional stuntman named Cliff Booth, the best friend of DiCaprio’s character.
While Pitt is nominated for the best supporting actor category, Di Caprio has been nominated for best actor in a leading role.
Set in 1969 Los Angeles, the film follows an actor and his stunt double, as they navigate the changing film industry, and features “multiple storylines in a modern fairy tale tribute to the final moments of Hollywood’s golden age.”
The film is directed by Quentin Tarantino.
