Daina Nelson and Joshua De Sequera led four other major winners at the first edition of the Global Asian Model Philippines 2019 search held at Okada Manila recently.
De Sequera, a 22-year-old Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management student at College of Saint Benilde, was named Global Asian Model Philippines 2019 – Male. The 6-foot-4 Varsity Volleyball player from Angeles City, Pampanga, is the son of Supermodel and Bb. Pilipinas-World 1992 Marina Benipayo.
Ashley Victoria Montenegro, 19, who is a part-time model and student at Enderum Colleges in Bonifacio Global City, was crowned Miss Charm Philippines 2019 and will compete at the Miss Charm International pageant to be held in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam on Jan. 20. Montenegro, who grew up in Bay Area, California, is the daughter of former Supermodel of the Philippines and Miss World 1994 Top 10 finalist Cara Subijano and former model/actor and now Human resources director Hans Montenegro.
Daumier Corilla, a model based in LA, California, snagged the Manhunt Philippines 2019 title and will represent the country at the 2019 Manhunt International set in Manila in February 2020.
Mico Teng, a native of Davao City and student/varsity basketball player from Arellano University was named Mister Global Philippines 2019 and will be sent in Thailand for Mister Global 2020.
Karen Laurrie Mendoza, a 24-year-ol, model from Concepcion, Iloilo, was named Supermodel Philippines 2019 to compete in Supermodel International 2020 in Chiang Mai, Thailand on Feb. 8, 2020. Mendoza is one of the 11 candidates of Miss Iloilo 2020 to be known on Jan. 23.

Fil-Am wins Mr. World Noble King 2019
Trevor Goldman was named Mr. World Noble King 2019 at the inaugural pageant’s coronation final held at Tanghalang Pasigueño recently.
Goldman, who is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, studied martial arts in Shinkyokushinkai Karate Las Vegas and works as concierge at Cancun Resort Las Vegas. The Film-Am, who loves eating pizza, is the brother of Mutya Pilipinas Tourism 2019 Tyra Goldman. He spent high school at Sacred Heart School – Ateneo de Cebu in Mandaue.
Mr. Sri Lanka Diluka Rajapaksha was named Mr. Universe Noble King 2019 while Mr. Japan Ryo Sakaguchi was named Mr. International Noble King 2019.
Mr. Mexico Gabriel Sanchez won as Mr. Friendship King.
Goldman also won Mr. Vandara Spa, Mr. Go Hotels, and Best in Swimwear (Punta Tierra Resort), while Rajapaksha won Best in Talent.
Mr. Philippines Arnel Peña Colis won Best in Formal Wear while Fil-South John Cedie Batalla was named Best in National Costume, Mr. Photogenic and Best in Cultural Wear.
Mr. Australia won as Best in Swimwear and Megastar Productions Star of the Night while Mr. India was named Darling of the Press.
The Mr. World Noble King 2019 was produced and presented by MegaStar Production, headed by CEO Ovette Ricalde and general manager Jeffrey Caballero.
