Christmas bonus for Parañaque workers released

Christmas and New Year will surely be a happy and exciting time for employees of the local government of Paranaque City.

This after Mayor Edwin Olivarez announced the giving of Christmas bonuses, for regular, casual, job order workers and even government servants serving the barangays, beginning Tuesday, Nov. 19.

All regular and casual employees will receive a 13th month and 14th month bonus equal to their monthly pay starting next week until December 15th.

In addition, the P5,000 cash gift and productivity will benefit all regular and casual ambassadors, according to city treasurer Anthony Pulmano. Job order workers will also receive a P5,000 cash gift.

“Every week starting this Tuesday to Christmas, all city employees will receive their Christmas bonuses,” said Pulmano.

An additional incentive for all city employees will be announced by Olivarez this week to make every employee’s Christmas merrier, according to Pulmano.

In addition, beginning December 1, all senior citizens in the 16 barangays in the city will also receive their basket of goodies from the city government.
