There’s a movie that unspools tomorrow in major theaters, it’s is an unforgettable love story that tackles a former couple’s major conflict.
The premise revolves around a girl named Cara who fights to remember everything in her power to forget a painful event that ruined her relationship with Jagger, the man she once loved, who, on the other hand, is fighting to remember his life after losing his memory due to a terrible accident.
Jasmine Curtis-Smith is Cara, while Ruru Madrid is Jagger.
The two collaborate for the very first fime in their very first mainstream movie in APT Entertainment and Cignal Entertainment’s romantic drama Cara X Jagger. Directed by lce ldanan, with an original story by Acy Ramos with a screenplay which she co-wrote with Glaiza Ramirez, Cara X Jagger promises to be an unforgettable love story.
Although it took Jasmine almost seven years to hit mainstream films as lead actress, Cara X Jagger, according to her is worth the wait.
“It’s a very different kind of love story,” says Jasmine. “Cara X Jagger is character-centric and though the conflict between Cara and Jagger is quite unusual, their story still represents what love is all about which is loving someone unconditionally and moving on no matter how painful a relationship has become.”
Jasmine further gushes about how she will never forget her experience in filming Cara X Jagger and how excited she is to share the movie with everyone.
“We have worked so hard to make Cara X Jagger an unforgettable movie. I am humbled and inspired by our team and I am all fired up to promote this movie. I hope everybody will support the love story of Cara and Jagger.”
Ruru Madrid on the other hand, says doing Cara X Jagger is a dream come true for him.
“I’m excited and nervous at the same time. I have always wanted to work with Jasmine because I truly believe that she is one of the best actresses of her generation. I am grateful for the trust that APT and Cignal Entertainment gave me and Jasmine. This is one project that I will never forget. I am very proud of Cara X Jagger,” he says.
