On Wednesday, former Pinoy Big Brother big winner Maymay Entrata strutted down the runway at the Arab Fashion Week in Dubai and received an overwhelming cheers from the crowd.
The 21-year-old actress, recording artist and product endorser debuted on international catwalk serving as the muse of designer Furne One for his Amato Couture Fashion Show.
Right after the show the hashtag #MAYMAYForAmatoAFW2018 became a worldwide trending topic on Twitter with over 1.06 million users tweeting about it.
Maymay, who has been vocal about her dream to become a model, took to her personal Instagram account to thank the people who helped her realize this dream.
“Nakakaiyak lang isipin na dati pinapangarap ko lang ang nararamdaman kong to.Yung tipong pag iniisip mo sya kay hirap na abutin pero minsan pala pag pinabayaan mo lang at marunong maghintay sa tamang panahon kung para sayo talaga ibibigay sayo,” she said on her post.
Meanwhile, prior to her departure to U.A.E.’s financial capital, Maymay was launched as the newest face of Megan, a local skincare brand that takes care of Filipinas’ skin by keeping it clean.
