The Filipino-American singer and actor made Oreo’s biggest fans blush at the launch of the brand’s new and limited edition flavor, Red Velvet.
Oreo Red Velvet cookies were first seen in the market in 2015 and was exclusively available in the United States. This year, the “blushing cookie” comes to the Philippines.
The new variant is made of red velvet-flavored cookies and cheesecake filling.
Although based in California, Kyle told Manila Standard he hasn’t tried Oreo Red Velvet yet prior to the Philippine launch, “But now that I’ve tasted it, [I've discovered] it’s delicious. It tastes like real red velvet cake.”
Oreo Red Velvet is available in leading supermarkets and on Lazada until January 2020.
