In a bid to empower subscribers in managing and improving their Internet at home, Globe At Home launched an online account management hub.
The customer care hub #WiFiSolutions contains user guides to educate and help customers solve Wi-Fi issues and manage their broadband account.
Aside from tips and tricks to boost Wi-Fi signal and speed, it also includes a troubleshooting section that eliminates the need to call for quick fixes. But if the situation calls for it, the support section makes it easy to book an appointment and track repairs.
The site also has sections for managing the customer’s Globe At Home account, with features that let them monitor usage, pay bills, and upgrade their plan.
“We want to make sure that we are able to improve our customer care, especially now that connectivity plays a bigger role in daily life,” says Barbie Dapul, vice president of marketing at Globe At Home.
